This is an ideal clinic for service managers, service writers and/or suspension techs, but you are welcome to send whomever you wish. The goals for this clinic are to promote confidence and knowledge for your staff regarding suspension repair and to increase profitability in the service department. Through this clinic we hope to minimize or eliminate your staff’s time spent on the phone with customer service as well as reduce turn-around time for repairs leading to greater customer satisfaction.

The morning technical clinic will cover the following suspension basics:

• Service diagnosis
• Lock out troubleshooting and repair
• Routine maintenance
• Dust wiper and bushing replacement
• Submitting warranty claims through our North American service and warranty website
• Navigation of our international website including technical videos and exploded views

Additionally, the clinic will introduce SR Suntour’s pro and werx level suspension forks including DH, All Mtn, Trail, XC and DJ categories. The technical clinic for these products will cover routine maintenance as well as damper service. The clinic portion of the day is expected to take up to 2-3 hours and will be followed by an afternoon of riding the park, passes provided by SR Suntour!
